A group of teenagers from Patna,Bihar have done a heroic job by building a site that would allow you to get fresh O2 cylinders as well as get your old cylinders filled up.

In addition you could donate to them. They have a group of volunteers (young guns**) from across the city with a 24/7 whatsapp contact facility.
